I would never hire Ley Drew. They left our job incomplete and needed to hire another contractor. The new contractor had to redo a lot of their work. Their billing was very questionable and we lost money because of them. We thought hey we're great because the insurance referred them, but homeowners beware. DO NOT HIRE. If I could give a zero, I would.

I don't like to admit to having regrets, but hiring Ley Drew for our remodel was a MAJOR mistake. We employed the services of Ley Drew to remodel our new medical office space located at the Cedar-Sinai Medical Office Towers at the beginning of the year and now, 8 months later, we have still yet to move into our new office.
Like any remodel project we expected, and experienced our fair-share of set backs getting the city and the building to approve of plans (completely understandable). However, for months now all plans have been approved and still NO work has gone on. Every day for 3 months

Working with Ley Drew was a horrible experience.
When I met with the rep to get an estimate on a bathroom remodel, I explained that I needed the job done within 2-3 weeks since this was my only bathroom and I live in a small condo. I was assured that this was possible. When the foreman came he said that 2-3 weeks was impossible. I was still within my 3 day period of being able to cancel the contract so I told them that I had company coming and should wait until a later time before starting such a project. I was assured that they would pull extra workers to get the project done on time.

Was lucky enough to find Ley Drew through our insturance company after we had a fire that started in our laundry room and moved to a couple of bedrooms They were quick, neat and got things taken care of and back to normal in a very timely manner. We were very happy with the entire crew at Ley Drew and will be referring them to anyone we know who needs their excellent services.

Contracted with this company over six months ago to repair my kitchen and bathroom for water damage. I had problems from the start, they hired contractors, who hired subcontractors for the repairs, although the guys were nice they made several mistakes, and i have damages that Ley Drew has failed to acknowledge/fix or take care of.. I was promise a vist to assess the damages and i never saw anyone from there company with authority .No one has offered to correct the problems. They just blame othe people and said the wrong guy was sent out to do the job. Huh what the hell does that mean????
