The Tiffany style lamp I purchased from Chloe Lighting failed after 6 months. Both pull chain switches are defective and no longer operate.
I emailed their customer service email link twice and have yet to receive a response. This particular expensive lamp that Chloe Lighting provides should not have failed in such a short time; now we have a useless paper weight with a Tiffany style lamp shade!
