We now work with 40 different home inspection companies and hundreds of real estate agents to provide more than 5,000 gas inspections per year.

I have used Chowning Heating and Cooling for the past 6 years, from when I moved into my house here.
They installed the heating and air conditioning system, two WiFi thermostats (upstairs and downstairs) and also a damper system. They now come out twice a year to do regular maintenance checks...
I am very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a home inspector (gas specialist) tell me the furnace was not functioning properly (wasn’t igniting) and that I should get a technician out to fix it. I called Chowning and they were able to get a technician to come out within the hour with an after hour fee. Joe came out and looked at the furnace and said “it’s functioning perfectly fine. The inspector should have noticed that it’s a heat pump and that the furnace will not ignite because gas is the secondary with the heat pump being the primary.”. While I wasted money on an unnecessary service call, I at least have peace of mind
