Services
First and most importantly you will know upfront what you will be paying for labor to complete your project before the work begins. I have a standard service call charge, however If your project requires only 20 minutes to complete, there is a one hour minimum rate. I would be more than happy to stick around the other 40 minutes to fix anything else you might need done.
I can provide a wide range of handyman and home care services. There is no job too small. However, if there is something beyond my range of capacity or expertise, I can provide recommendations and referrals whereby you have a sense of security in moving forward with your home projects. I have been in the home improvement and general construction field for over 35 years.
