NADCA's (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) rule of thumb for consumers is that if your air ducts look dirty, they probably are.
Cliff showed up promptly early Sunday morning for a dryer vent issue. Our dryer stopped running with a D90 error which was something to do with the dryer exhaust air flow being blocked. He explained what was needed to be done. After couple of hours working on the issue, he got the problem fixed and our dryer is back in business.

My dryer was not drying my clothes properly and I felt that the vent might be stopped up. I called Cliff at Superior air duct and dryer vent cleaning and made an appointment. He came out exactly on time and checked out the situation. He had to get on the roof but he was very thorough and found the problem and fixed it. I found him to be professional and knowledgeable.

Cliff and his crew arrived right on time, talked to me about the problem and went right to work. The team work they displayed it was obvious they where good at their job. They clean all the ducts and vents and showed us photos of the ducts before and after. We are extremely happy with the work that Cliff and his crew did. The gentlemen that came to clean ducts and vents were very polite and professional. They explained everything that they would be doing. They showed pictures of the before and after. And most important is that they left my house spotless--absolutely no mess! The price for this service was also very fair. I would highly recommend this Company and service.
