Yana And Gary were both a pleasure to work with. I loved the communication, especially knowing the weekly schedule ahead of time. They worked closely with us from the planning to the finish and always gave us options along the way as minor changes came up. Our bathroom is beautiful. We will definitely use Cost Cutters for any future work we need!

I have used Cost Cutters twice now and have been pleased both times. They look at what is wrong and figure out how to fix it. They even took time to research the best options. Questions are answered so everything is understood and the price as agreed upon before time does not change. Paperwork is filled out so each knows what has been discussed. I have enjoyed meeting Yana and Gary and feel I can call anytime and they will get back with me in a timely manner. They worked around my schedule as well as the weather to complete the work.

I've hired this company for two jobs a couple of years apart, and both times they have done very good work - much pickier and more careful than I would have been for myself about both the work and the clean up! They have also been very organized and efficient with scheduling and billing so there was no waiting around to see if anyone would ever show, they actually confirmed times the day before and showed up when they said they would.
