Al Morris at CTI Renovations has done a magnificent job at short notice to effect needed repairs and a partial renovation on our Danbury condo. Since we reside out of state this has required constant communication and frequent updates on progress and he has exceeded our expectations in all regards. He does high quality work at reasonable cost and in our case sped up the completion of the job so our tenant could return quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Al Morris of CTI Renovations did an amazing kitchen remodel job for me from demolition to a ready to use kitchen, everything from floor to ceiling. The work is suburb and he is always prompt and attentive. He handles every aspect of the project to insure a great outcome. I will use him in all my home projects.
I have a screened in porch and he was able to make insert able glass windows that can be easily removed during the summer and installed in minutes for the winter months. I am quite pleased with all he has done here.

I've used Al Morris (CTI Renovations) more than a few times for various projects around my condo. (Leaking toilet, Lighting fixtures and flooring to name a few). He's always extremely responsive and on several occasions went well out of his way to find the proper part needed to complete the job. Highly recommended!

CTI Renovations was recommended to us for the preps to our basement in order to have a dry basement system installed, H was able to take care of all the demolition and debris removal in a couple of days . In addition to that we had him do some bathroom plumbing repairs as well. He was quick and efficient and will definitely use him for hour home renovation needs. Great Job Al

I hired CTI to perform gutter cleaning. Al is very professional and worked around my schedule. His work was excellent and he performed the job as soon as the weather permitted. He sent pictures so that I could see the finished work and called me to provide follow-up. I would not hesitate to hire CTI again!
