To say the least, my wife and I were stressed even before the demo and rebuild started due to a long process with the insurance company.
Lafaiete came in with a blend professionalism, craftsmanship, talent, and communication in perfect balance. He kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process and most importantly, Lafaiete was/is an even better human being than he is a skilled craftsman. He cares. That's unusual these days and it sets him apart from most others in the building business. Add to it the fact that he is VERY good at what he does, and all of it together turned our stress into excitement

Lafaiete Oliveira and his team member are consummate professionals. After a long insurance claim process and extensive repairs to the master bath, repainting of the entire home interior, and installation of new floors, trim, and wainscotting, it was a pleasure to deal with them. I spent six hours with these gentlemen as they did the final polish up of all elements of our home repairs. They are detail oriented.
