Received a quote from them and that they would call to schedule. They never called. I called four times and each time was promised someone would call me and schedule the work and not one time did I get a callback.

I had gutters with screens installed by them about three years ago. There are a lot of trees around my house and I've had the gutters routinely cleaned at least twice a year. Screens were installed improperly, making them virtually useless. I had extended drain spouts away from the house but they were not installed at the right angle, again making them virtually useless. But the biggest problem, Water and debris were collecting and pouring over on one end (I wonder how much that contributed to the water intrusion at that corner of my house). After I got up on a ladder and cleaned it out

Reasonable prices and fast service, however we were surprised that the downspouts ended at our foundation instead of extending away. Apparently it was not part of the bid and they don't carry extra to jobs. I wish Roxanne would've explained this to us. The entire point of installing gutters in the first place is to move water away from our foundation. "Just go to Home Depot and grab some extensions" okay thanks for another project.

I was extremely impressed with Gutters MD. Besides being knowledgeable about everything gutters, she was also very friendly and professional. After showing up on time for a free estimate and evaluating the issue with my gutters and roof, instead of trying to make the sale, she explained a way that I may be able to solve the problem myself, thus saving me a lot of money. I can’t recall the last time a vendor was that honest and helpful. If and when the issue resurfaces, or if I end up needing to fully replace my gutters in the future, I will certainly be giving them a call. Thanks Roxanne!

Just got new gutters and was very happy with the entire process. Roxanne was great with regular communication, got a quote to me quickly, and scheduled us promptly. I was happy that she didn't try to add gutters in areas we didn't need them. The gutters looks seamless and seem to blend right in. Would recommend.

Another job well done. We first used Gutter M.D. in 2014 to put a new gutter on the front of our house. We got several estimates from other company's but Gutter M.D. had the best price and Roxanne was so nice to do business with. So when we needed a gutter repair in the back of the house we knew who to call. Roxanne came right out and she didn't try to sell us a new gutter which most company's would have, she was very honest and told us it could be repaired. She sent us the estimate the next day and the work was completed in a very timely manner. We can't say enough good things about Gutter M.D

I called a few different gutter places to come out for an estimate and most tried to upsell me on areas that did not need to be covered. Roxanne told some were not needed at all and some were optional and could be added later if I wanted. I thought the price was fair and purchased them around 10/19. They were installed without a problem. I have had to call them back twice, once was for re-caulking after the first few rains, and another was a clog which was not their fault. Don’t waste your time or money waiting for maintenance or repairs once this company installs your gutters! After 2 months of reminding Roxanne I was STILL waiting for someone to come out for simple maintenance & repair found out their standard fee is $300 however I was only being charged $200. No thank you. I’ll go to Home Depot myself for the $10 flex hose I need & get my 28 yr old son to clear out the front gutters of Palm berries causing the overflow during storms!

Made an appointment with Roxanne for estimate on gutter replacement following a reroof of my home. Roxanne arrived exactly on time, we spoke for a few minutes, she said she would take some measurements and email me a quote that afternoon. Very pleasant, nothing unusual. Two days later - no quote. I emailed her - no response. I called the office and spoke with a gentleman who said he would have her call me back. That was two days ago - no call back. Guess they don't need my business.

Don't waste your time with this place. Roxanne comes over my house to give me a quote for installing a gutter on the left side of my house. She said she will e mail a quote that afternoon. That afternoon comes and goes without a quotation. I called her twice...sent her an email asking her for the price quote...still no response. Instead of being honest with me she chooses to hide behind her emails not answer any phone calls. Just say to me I can't do this job or I don't want to do this job...instead she chooses to ignore her cell phone and her emails. Good luck doing business with

Requested a quote from Roxanne and went back and forth over email. Specifically asked what kind of leaf guard they have and was told a screen and sent a picture. After gutters were installed was told it's $450 extra for the screens. Spoke to her in attempt to resolve without any success. Will not ever use again and would not recommend.

This was my second time using Roxanne and her company. First time was a few years ago and it was quick, professional and timely so naturally I sought them out to install gutters on the rear of my house after we redid some landscaping.
She is an absolute pleasure to work and communicate with. I received a call from the technician when he was on his way, showed up on time. The tech was very polite and professional and Roxanne stopped by to check on the work as well.
Based on the amount of time it took them to complete and the quality of the job, you can tell everyone here is very experienced

I read reviews on quite a few companies, and ultimately reached out to 3. Out of the 3 that I called, Roxanne was the ONLY was to answer immediately and offer to set up an estimate within 24 hours. Roxanne came out, gave me an estimate, and a very fair price so I agreed to their price and had them install the gutters. I was under a bit of a time crunch and they were able to fit me in a day later, which was great.
