If I could leave ten stars, I would. Christian is always so prompt and responsive. I had a ton of questions and he always took my calls or answered my texts. As crazy as it sounds, I never actually went to see my spa in person before I purchased it. He worked with me over the phone and gave me some very expert advice and guidance. His reviews on social media were phenomenal and he was always accommodating and so easy to work with. Had been working with a different tub dealer trying to purchase for months. Long story short...it fell through with no fault of ours. Terrible experience. Called Christian as soon as we got notice from the other dealer. Christian was very informative and very helpful with our decision making. We purchased within hours of first talking with him. Delivery and setup was just as planned. I would highly recommend to anyone who has any interest of owning their own spa.

The best decision I made this year was to invest in a spa. Healthy Living Pool and Spa were excellent. They were informed, engaged in prompt delivery, helped us troubleshoot setup, and have been responsive when we have needed additional supplies or support. I highly recommend this company. The spa has been amazing and the owners are outstanding!

The hot tub itself, Masterspa tub, is great. This review is not of the tub.
Lets start with delivery. I was upfront from day 1 about the challenges of delivery. 5 or so days before delivery they told me there would be an extra fee of $300. We paid it because what can we do at this point. They insisted on delivering on the coldest day of the year. It was delivered onto our deck, they scratched the deck up terribly. They even took a huge chunk out of one of our deck boards. When I pointed it out, Christian just stared at me. There was no I'm sorry, no we can come repair that, no nothing. When it

We love our spa! We had been looking for awhile and had spoken to them about a year ago when we were planning ahead for a spa. We needed to complete our landscape/hardscape prior to ordering a spa but knew when we were ready we would go with them. We wanted to shop local and were grateful we did. Initially, we were sure that we wanted to invest in a brand new hot tub, but Christian made that an easy decision for us. He did a great job helping us choose the perfect hot tub for our family. He was prompt, courteous, and FAST with our delivery. Christian and Preston are expert hot tub movers. We got everything set up without issues and we are LOVING our new Balance 9 tub. I had researched hot tubs for almost two years before we decided to purchase. I was determined to get a salt water spa to avoid heavy chemical use and have visited several spa dealers in the central Illinois area and websites for too many to count. Since true salt water spas are almost double the price of traditional and are limited by patent, I began evaluating alternatives and decided on Master Spa since they are highly rated, reliable, have so many configuration options and offer low chemical water treatment systems. Alexis and Christian have been wonderful to work with...knowledgeable, patient
