Wow oh Wow Alma and Elizabeth did an amazing job cleaning out house. They spent about 4 hours and it was worth every minute. There were very few items that were missed as attention to detail is key when house cleaning. With a new baby this was a gift to my wife as the house has gotten below her standards even with me cleaning to help out. So thank you for such a great job ! It's the little things that count too with the paper towel folding

I can't explain to you how ecstatic I am to have found Inland Empire Maids. I have had several cleaning companies come to my house only to leave me disappointed. This is the first company I've had come out and on the very first time has gotten everything right from the baseboards to the glass stall in my bathroom to organization of things I didn't even ask to be done. I hired Inland Empire Maids to clean for my parents as they live across the country from me and can't clean for themselves any more. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They fit us into the schedule as best as possible and did a superb job deep cleaning the bathrooms and refrigerator. Don't hesitate to hire IE Maids!

Scheduled a set time and they arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes late. I had a professional photographer taking pictures of my house because it is listing for sale and I had to move trash from one room to another so the photographer could take the pictures. They didn't even call me to tell me they would be late, I had to call them to ask where they were. I will not be using them for my next cleaning. Would've rated 1 star, but the cleaners did a good job.

Andy responses to my online quote w/n 10 mins and came to see the property for accurate quote. They showed up on time and did a superb deep cleaning job. I was surprised with the outcome of cleaning. They came an hour early, gave about 15 minutes heads up when they were on their way. Early was good, but we just weren't ready to have them come in yet, but we made it work. It was a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, single story Home. It took a little bit over 2 hrs, came out to $220, before tip. I suggest tipping each cleaner directly. My family noticed a big difference and it feels so clean in the home, even 2 weeks later, with up keep.

Andy is always prompt, efficient, and courteous. Working and schooling from home has been hectic so I called for an estimate and he immediately made arrangements to quote me, gave an extremely reasonable and affordable quote, and set up cleanings per my recommendation. I wouldn't normally use a cleaning service but I'm 7 months pregnant and can't be enclosed in a small place with no ventilation sniffing in cleaners and it's painful to bend down on my tummy. I also have a 6 month old to tend to and I can't get down and scrub and clean how I would like to so I called in some help. Andy quoted me the best price and agreed to what I needed done so I went with his service. Andy and his crew of sweet ladies gave my overly cluttered and dusty 4-bedroom home a thorough cleaning in five hours. Andy himself cleaned my ceiling fans and all the cobwebs around my vaulted wood ceiling and the rest of the house, and removed, washed and rehung all light fixture globes and clear bulbs. They are sparkling like new!
I gave only 4 stars due to some damage done to my Venetian blinds, which admittedly are delicate due to age, but more care would have left them still operable, which they now are not. I am sure Andy will make this right, and I have signed on with his company for biweekly
