I really appreciate the response of Petter Built. They came and checked out my heating issues right away. They could have easily upcharged me for a minor issue and said I need etc etc etc for the typical winter burn smelling scenario. Instead they charged only their minimum fee. In addition, they took the time to explain the best practices we should do for the upcoming cold spells. Thanks again.

Picked Petter Built based on the ratings. Had a leak coming from my AC, through the ceiling, and into the first floor. Came out and cleaned the drains. Next day it started leaking again which was Friday. He said he'd come out on Monday to look at it. I took it apart myself and found water sitting in the air duct below the AC and I used a shop vac to get it out and it halfway filled it up, so it was 2 1/2 gallons that was overlooked. I pressed him to come out Saturday to look at it and then he admitted he was out of town. I had to put large bowls under there to catch the leaking while

The Heating and air went out because well because it's hot and that's what they do lol. I called a few places And everyone was busy or didn't answer or call back. After a few days of that I asked a friend who recommend I try this business. Called and got a real live person and even better he said he could be there shortly. Unfortunately I can't remember his name I think it was Caleb. I'm not sure. In no time he and his dad came and he was able to fix the unit very quickly. Too bad that 5 stars is the limit with this guy. Caleb came in, analyzed the problem, and fixed it. He explained to me what was happening and even fixed the unit where I could maintain it so the problem wouldn't happened again! All for a reasonable price! I highly recommend Caleb and will call him the next time I need air conditioner service!

I highly recommend Petter Built Heating and Cooling as your “go-to” repair or replacement service. On 6/15/21they did a complete replacement of my 2-1/2 ton and 3-1/2 ton Carrier cooling systems for my two-story home. On that day at the end of the job as I was paying the invoice, I mentioned to them that this was the best money that I have spent to maintain my home since it was first built 14 years ago. USE PETTER BUILT!! Our home inspection came back with a note that the AC unit was "very dirty." We had Petter Built come out and they were efficient and very honest. They told us our unit is in perfect condition! Nonetheless, we were happy to have it serviced and given the added piece of mind. If we have future AC and furnace needs, we will be reaching out!

Al & Caleb Petter are attentive, easy to work with, clean and have great pricing.
They were over in a matter of days to assess my ac/heating unit which had failed. The quality unit recommended seems to heat and cool my house much faster than the old unit. And, it’s very, very quiet.
The father and son duo were very clean, and a real joy to work with.

Caleb saved us! We had been without AC for 2 weeks. The countless estimates and non-responses we were having was making me feel hopeless. But, I just knew we could do better. I had faith in that. Caleb was so great to work with. He went above and beyond to install my new A/C. Unfortunately, he had to completely remove my attic door to remove the old system then reinstall it. During a recent cold spell (December 2020), my furnace decided it was going to be difficult and not stay on. The inside of the house got down to 62*. After another company flaked on a service call, I decided to try Petter Built Heating and Cooling and was glad I did! I received a quick response and they were out early the next morning. They were courteous and thorough while explaining what the issue was. Needless to say, I was impressed with the entire experience with them and we will be using them for our HVAC needs going forward.

TDC ac/heating installed a $35.00 thermostat that was a piece of junk and did not work. I bought a Honeywell thermostat on Amazon and hired Petter Built AC/Heating to install our Honeywell thermostat. They were punctual. They worked quickly and efficiently and were gone in 40 minutes. Live my new Honeywell thermostat.

They are the best HVAC Company in Georgetown, hands down. I've had several companies, so I would know. They are quick too! I called 6 companies not one answered their phone or could come the same day. I got lucky I found Petter Built on a Friday late afternoon. They came quickly on Friday and fixed a fuse. The next time I needed a repair, I called around for prices to fix my AC motor. They were the best price. So not only are they quick, they are the best price!! I would recommend them to all my family and friends!

I feel that this review is overdue. I had the pleasure of working with Petter Built Heating and Cooling in May of this year. My wife and I were thinking of installing two mini split systems, one in our MBR and in an upstairs bedroom. I had four companies come out to give us a quote. All four showed up over the course of 3 days to look over the job, first company that came out never bothered to send me a quote ( even with repeated calls and texts). Second company came and quoted but their electrician never came out so I couldn't get a complete bid. Petter and another company came out and both

We are extremely pleased with Petter Built and the work they did at our house. They were excellent communicators, competent, honest, and did a great job at a good price. We recently bought an older house with previously built room additions which greatly increased the square-footage of the house (from 1780-2600), but was still working off the original 2.5 ton HVAC system, which meant we had very poor airflow. Also, a number of the rooms didn't even have vents going to them, so some rooms had no airflow at all. The previous owners had used 2 in-wall AC units to try and help with the airflow issues

I recently had Petter Built come out to take a look at a random assortment of concerns I had with my cooling and heating systems. They took the time to really look at and evaluate the issues and explain to me what the fixes would be, as well as give me an overall idea of the status and health of my unit! They also did a clean up of the inside and outside parts of my HVAC system while they were here and I could tell they did a very thorough job. These guys were on time, pleasant to work with, and reasonably priced - definitely recommend them!
