We were very fortunate to find and C&H Fence & Patio. We live in a rural area a great distant from their location. they came out with hesitation and gave us a quote. We had a 10,000 foot vinyl fence installed in the back yard to enclose a newly built swimming pool and large part of the back yard.
Marco was our contact person and project manager overseeing the work.
Marco excels in his responsiveness, and the ease in being able to reach him. He is customer focused, positive attitude guy and easy to work with. He worked well with the swimming pool contractor and performed additional work

I called several times to inquire about a fence and provided measurements for a quote. I had to made more calls to receive a return call. Never received the complete quote. Needlessly to say, they will not be my choice. Friendly yes. Thorough not so much. Accuracy was not the question, due to not being at the site, lack of return phone calls was the issue.

Absolute horrible experience with this company. I had them install chain link fence a year ago and now the posts are loose and the fence is sagging. The estimator Marco informed me that the 3ftx3ft swing gate was loose due to user error. How does a person ruin 2 posts that are less than 3 feet away from each other? You can't unless the concrete wasnt poured correctly which is what another company just informed me. To make things worse, before I could offer to PAY to have this corrected, Marco blamed me for his bad install.

This is the worst and I say the worst customer service fencing company that I have ever ran across they come out to measure your property. Then they say oh I didn't know you wanted a gate, what the hell you come out to measure it for? and then they price you fir one item that should have been included in the proposal in the first place DONT trust these people there operation is a scam..... charging you for two separate invoices when it should have been only one.....let's call the bbb on them.
