This company was great! Their technician, Mark, came to my home to check out the problem, I was having. I thought I would need a whole new unit, but he not only fixed my existing unit, but went above and beyond to repair it. He was honest every step of the way! Unlike the previous company, that I've had for 10 years. I will refer their name to anyone that needs service.

Adam helped me out immensely. I had originally scheduled just routine maintenance for my AC which they charged a very fair price for. I had also been having a problem with my bathroom vent fan and mold and started talking to him about it and he was able to diagnose my problem right away. I had four other companies come look at it and they never figured it out. I was so happy with all the services they rendered, they were extremely professional and explained everything very well. He was respectful and helpful and I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs!!

Mark Bowman came and repaired my AC unit today (6/25/21). The experience was efficient and a pleasure. Mark was courteous and down to earth, professional and polite. The price for the repair was fair, and he informed me of an annual maintenance plan to extend the life of my unit that comes with much more value than similar programs from their competitors. The owner Adam is great too.

I don't know where to start! From the customer service, Christina is a lovely helpful lady to fast response and professional quick and excellent service! They seem to care! After living 30years in Florida, I thought I won't find great service and honest company around. They are amazing and especially Mark the technician is the BEST, he is knowledgeable and he delivered an excellent service!!! I sure I will use their service in the future and I did purchase a one-year service contract ( it’s worth it). Please call them and you wouldn’t be disappointed. They are fair on prices and they are not

We are so pleased with AR Williams as an AC repair and maintenance company. Having a condo in Florida it’s so important that our air conditioning works properly!!! AR Williams has always been extremely responsive and super fast to service our cooling needs!! Every technician has been pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Today we had Kevin Williams arrive to help us with a problem. He was here within an hour of our call for service. He identified and resolved our issue right away. Thank you Kevin!! I highly recommend being on their maintenance plan. This company is absolutely top notch!!

We returned from vacation at 11PM on a Friday night to an 86 degree home and no A/C. Left a message on A.R. Williams' voicemail and they had a tech out to the house the very next morning (Saturday service)! In less than 2 hours, Kevin Williams had us back up and running with a new blower motor. Since our unit was 14 years old, we decided to replace it. The installation team (Ethan and Tyler) were equally as qualified and as hard-working as Kevin. We were very pleased and impressed with A.R. Williams' timeliness, professionalism, and cleanliness, and its polite, respectful and knowledgeable techs

5+++ stars! I had other estimates scheduled to fix/repair my AC but as soon as I got off the phone with Adam, the owner, I cancelled the others. Adam's professionalism, integrity and respect shined through the phone. Mark, the service technician, came out the same day and represented all the good feels I got from my phone call with Adam. Mark is a knowledgeable, straight shooter with a 100% customer satisfaction attitude. A.R. Williams gave me a credit for the original visit since I decided to purchase a new unit. Prices were fair and the experience was great! Look no further! You won't be disappointed
