Bill The Handyman is a licensed and insured home repair and remodeling business owned and operated by William Pfaffenbichler, Jr. When Bill started his business over twenty years ago, it was a one man operation. Today, he still handles much of the work himself but now has a staff to assist him. Our company provides services to residential and commercial properties within a twenty-five mile radius of Hartford, Connecticut.

Bill the Handyman tried to flat out rip-off and cheat my girlfriend. I was on a month long business trip to Colorado when my girlfriend needed a 2' x 2.5' patch in her rec room ceiling. She had Bill estimate the job. He quoted her $1,200.00. Yeah, that's right: Twelve Hundred Dollars. She called me about the estimate, and I told her not to hire him. When I came home, I went to Lowe's and bought a quart of already mixed popcorn ceiling patch for $5.30 inc. tax, and fixed the ceiling myself. The patch is now perfectly concealed and can't be distinguished from the rest
