RGS Landscape is an extremely overpriced cut-the-grass service.
At my request, the owner visited our property, offered me a proposal/contract that included a list of work to be done, and sold me a pack of lies. The price was very high. The contract listed all tasks that we discussed. I was promised “the work would be done in a professional manner and the workers would take a personal interest in our yard”.
I signed and returned the contract.
I never heard from the owner again. He ignored all future correspondences.
Moving forward, the only work on the contract that was done routinely was

RGS promotes their “Professional” status but our experience has been far from it! We've been customers for many years and when we called to talk to someone about issues we’re having with the appearance of our lawn we experienced the rudest, most inconsiderate, and highly UNprofessional conversation in return. The supposedly “professional” people employed at this company will be the downfall of their proudly marketed “family-owned” business.
DO NOT give your hard-earned money to a company that doesn't respect its customers and understand what it means to provide quality service.

I will first say that this is the first bad review I have written for anyone in 20 years. I will also say that I am in the residential real estate field and have dealt with all types of businesses and contractors for 25 years.
Half the time they didn't show up even though I was always billed. It would take 2-3 times for requesting service before they would come out. After the first couple of treatments they started billing far in excess of their quote. It would then take more calls and emails to get that corrected. What was the last straw? I emailed them this week inquiring if they were going

I would be cautious about using this company. I had some neighbors in which they damaged their mailbox - they did a half butt job repairing them. When the home owners tried to get it rectified they got no where. I was contacted within the past week to help. The owner said it happened in January so I’m not fixing it. POOR BUSINESS!!!

We contacted RGS Landscape for an estimate to Grade, remove steps landscape timbers back fill with top soil and sod our entire back yard.
We needed 7 pallets of zoyzia sod and one tandem load of top soil.
Mike Gauker from RGS Landscape came out the next day. We discussed our needs Mike asked about our irrigation system and I told him it has not worked in years. Mike said let me take a look at it.
I received a written quote the next morning for everything! The price was better than three other estimates I received without the irrigation system included. I hired RGS Landscaping that afternoon and
