Channel Drains are an effective drainage solution that helps keep your home dry both inside and out. We use NDS 5 Channel Drains which move water across concrete surfaces. Channel drains are typically installed within concrete slabs but are sometimes used in landscape situations. They divert and drain water away from concrete surfaces such as driveways, patios and more.
When water comes up through your floor, or walls are getting wet, the problem is usually poor drainage outside along the foundation of the house. To correct this problem, a footer pipe is needed. Footer Tile or Footer Pipe is perforated pipe surrounded by gravel laid along the footer under your concrete floor.

We recently got yard drain installed with apple drains and completely pleased with everything they did. Kevin was very professional and listened to all our requirements carefully and did everything we asked for. We made last minute corrections which could mean more charges but Kevin did perform those changes without charging us more. Would highly recommend!

Kevin Cooke does exceptional work! He and his men cleaned my existing drains, did a repair and an installation of a drainage system as well as adding a pool back-wash pipe to drain out into the street.

What you read is correct. I'm not sure what's going on with Apple Drains maybe it's that Chuck is busy fanchising and making youtube videos but they don't don't reply. It took weeks for Kevin to follow up on my inquiries and come out. When he did he was nice and we agreed on next steps but he never sent the invoice or followed up. Before deciding on the fu install we agreed to do a clean out to see what can be reused or needs repaired. My job is pretty big I was guessing 20 to 30k so you would think it's a job they want but I guess not. I was set to use them based on the videos but that's hard

My neighbor and I shared a contract for drainage work both on our properties and on the shared border between us. Our properties are on hillside slopes and a heavy rain sweeps away mud and mulch down the hill, compounded by water draining from our roofs. Apple Drains was prompt and thorough in coming to talk with us and in determining the most efficient way to deal with the problems. They started the work, actually, sooner than they had hoped and finished it within the stated time. The price seemed reasonable for all the trenching they had to do. Now we will wait for the next tropical storm

So...I initially tried this job myself with the help of Chuck and Apple Drain's amazing, informative how-to videos. It did work...at 1st. But after 6 months or so I started having issues so I called in the pros. I dealt with Kevin and he was great and easy to deal. Could tell he definitely knew his stuff, and the best part - he didn't try to upsell me or suggest anything I didn't need. He brought a small crew out who also went above and beyond by helping me move our swing set that was under water for weeks. 5 star service !!! I would call them again, and again!! I recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE

Put in a request for a quote online. Kevin emailed and apologized saying they were real busy but he had sometime the following week to come out and take a look. He never called to schedule an appointment. No big deal, so I sent an email to let him know he forgot me. Never responded. These guys aren't the only company in town and I've already received 2 quotes from other companies. I am glad they are so busy they don't need my money! Just makes me happy because if they can't respond now, what happens after the job is finished and something isn't right?

Called & left message...no response.
Emailed....no response.
Emailed again with subject line business must be closed. Kevin emailed back said he would come the 1st week of June 1st (that email was sent 3 weeks before).
Called the week of June 1st, Kevin had no memory of saying he would come. Said he was too busy right then to talk but would call me back in 2-3 hours. Never called. I called 2 more times with no answer & sent a text asking again for an update. Apple Drains & Kevin clearly do not need any more

Kevin and his crew went above and beyond for us. We first noticed water pooling in our backyard in the fall. Chuck from Apple drains had installed a french drain several years ago and nearby tree roots had invaded the drain. Kevin suggested replacing with PVC and adding another french drain to the back yard. We installed sod after but the water kept sitting for several days after rain. I contacted Kevin earlier this week and he came out the next day! He installed another drain with gravel at his own expense!! Would highly recommend this company.

I love their YouTube videos, but they don't appear to have any need for my business and probably not yours either. Kevin came out and reviewed my needs and said he would go back and work up a plan and provide me with details and costs. He never did. After weeks of leaving voicemails and emails, no response. I don't recommend you waste your time with Apple Drains.
