Run -- Don't Walk!
My five months of service with this company have been very disappointing. In all of that time, I received only TWO brief notes to document their "weekly" service to my pool! I received these two notes only because I asked for some feedback after months of no communications with me except for their billing. When I called or spoke to any representative of the company, they were unprofessional, curt, and condescending. If you would like to deal with a "service" company that does not provide any feedback except when specifically requested or whose employees

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They installed a filter system and now will NOT come service it telling me it’s a “safety hazard”. unless I change it. It works perfectly fine. All I need is a new motor. Said yesterday they will be out today and now won’t come unless I replace something that isn’t broken. VERY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I've been with Andy's Pools for 20 years. For the past several months, the new tech has lied and not done what he claims he has. I have security cameras to prove he doesn't stay as long as he claims nor does the work he should. Today was the final straw! AFTER his visit, there was dirt still in my pool, the skimmer looked like it had not been cleaned or emptied in weeks, the salt cell light was on "needs cleaning," and the filter was black. When this was reported to Andy's Pools, the woman on the other end did nothing but yell and deny any of this and told me

I've used Andy's multiple times in the past and received good service and communication. Most recently I called Andy's to trouble shoot my Hot tub which has been seamless in the past. Rather than calling to confirm I was home(I was) or ask my house keeper(who he waived down) I was home. The service provider simply figured he couldn't turn on the equipment so he would just leave a note and head out.
Once I realized the mistake I called the office to notify them I was home which was within minutes of him leaving, and their immediate response was to reschedule rather than having him come back to

AWFUL!! If I were able to rate them a zero, I would. We had them out for a pool cleaning/filter clean. There was dirt still on the pool floor and the filter was slapped full of sand/dirt. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.That was the first and last time we’ll use them. Save yourself the time and call someone else!

Was having trouble with Pinch a Penny's pool service to repair my pump (it had been about a month to get the part and wait for service tech opening.) After a call to Hayward for some guidance, they referred me to Andy's and the pool pump was repaired within 48 hours. Everything was under warranty and even though Andy didn't install the pump, the repair was covered by Hayward with no charge to me! Thank you Andy, you will be my first call anytime I ever need any help with my pool!
