A Plus Concrete & Foundation Repair provides foundation repair services using the Three-Point Carbon-Fiber and Kevlar System by Fortress Stabilization that stops foundation movement in its tracks.

A small crack or a bit of spalling can lead to larger issues if left unchecked. A Plus Concrete & Foundation Repair can help you stay ahead of big problems by repairing and protecting concrete.
To Power Wash, we use a Deck Scrubber with a PSI of 4,000 to clean concrete at the highest possible pressure it can withstand, without creating a spiderweb effect. The high pressure opens up the pores of the concrete. Then, we apply the BASF Master Protect 400 Penetrating Sealer, which absorbs into the opened pores to penetrate the full depth of the concrete and provide lasting protection: 5-6 years compared to the average sealer's 1-2 years.
Ames dual rubber coating solutions provide unrivaled elastomeric coverage that waterproofs and protects Basements, Foundations, Decks, Floors, and Walls. Before and after photos of a garage with water issues. Here we cleaned the walls using a high pressure power washer to properly clean. Then added a coat of primer.
Did a great job repairing the concrete apron between my driveway and garage and filling some holes that had appeared. Also fixed some cracks at the base of the porch step and power washed and sealed the concrete driveway. All staff were friendly, courteous, helpful, worked hard and were so quiet - I hardly knew they were there.

Have waited a period of time from the work completion date to insure the work completed would "weather" well. It has! Was very happy with the work done. Staff was well qualified. Effort was accomplished in a timely fashion. There were no pre or post job issues, and the work was fairly priced. Could not be more satisfied.

I highly recommend this company. The service was top notch. They were able to accommodate the oddities of my old deck. The team they sent was professional and they completed the task in a single day. They responded quickly to address a minor touch up that couldn't have been caught before the first rain. The work was affordable and competitive to other services. I would use their services again.

Great bunch of guys. Joel called to let me know what time they would arrive , do to I live a good hour or so away from them. Very professional , very quick at getting the repairs of cracks and grinding that was needed on my porch (Which is also the roof to my garage.). These guys know their business. Went even above what I thought was possible to do with the concrete. Looks amazing , Thank you.!! Can't wait to get to use the porch , and not have a leaking garage roof.

Great experience. Gary (owner) came to my home for the estimate and reassured me that the crack in my concrete porch could be repaired while other contractors wanted to replace the entire slab. The team called before arriving, explained everything that they were about to do, and actually noticed a few additional cracks that they fixed as needed. The team was courteous and answered all of my questions. I would recommend APlus Concrete.

We had our driveway, steps, walkway and our front porch cleaned, repaired and sealed by A Plus Concrete & Foundation Repair. Gary provided a timely review and estimate. Work was scheduled by responsive office staff. Nick and Patrick arrived as scheduled, walked through the work beforehand, explained what they were doing along the way and their work was excellent. I had my front concrete steps leading down from the street repaired by A Plus Concrete. One of the steps was cracked at the seam all the way across, plus the steps on the side were cracked and a nice sized hole appeared with lots of crumbling and loose gravel coming out. Nick and Jeff (I hope I got their names right!) did a wonderful job repairing everything!! They took their time, were very diligent throughout the entire process. They cleaned up when they were done, which is very much appreciated. I highly recommend A Plus Concrete! You will not be disappointed!!!

Joe & his crew did an excellent job power washing our big driveway, sidewalk & backyard patio. They sealed it with waterproofing sealer. Joe & crew came back today to repair large cracks in garage floor & level & replace concrete on the garage door apron. Again Joe & crew did an excellent job! We highly recommend A Plus Concrete for all repair work. We will be using them again in the near future to refinish the entire garage floor & basement! Job well done!!!
