We are a small family owned company in which we pride ourselves in customer service and satisfaction. John has lived and worked in Geauga county all of his life. When it came time to start his Chimney Cleaning business there was no other place he would rather service than his home town and surrounding areas. It has been his pleasure to service the area for over 13 years.

We had our chimney serviced today. The technician was very thorough and did a great job. I received a call to say they were running late which was a nice surprise. Our first time using them and pleased with the service.

Very happy with the work they've done so far. They cleaned my chimney more thoroughly than it's ever been cleaned. They fixed some mortar that was damaged and even fixed a loose stone on the hearth without me asking them to do it. (And without charging extra.)

Angela, your response is a bold faced lie. You were a no call no show, and on 2 separate occasions you told me that you scheduled your workers to far away to make my appointment. My second appointment was probably your first appointment of the day. This is not the way to do business. I would understand an appointment taking a little longer but on 2 separate occasions you just did not even show.

I wanna thank chimney wizard for saving my house. They were polite, professional, and amazing customer service.
Thanks to their knowledge and honesty upon I inspecting my fireplace noticed some big concerns. And without their honestly I could have burnt my house down if I had used it as is!!!
Plus pricing, lowest in price in town!!!

Definitely giving this company 5 stars! Excellent service all the way from setting up our appointment to the cleaning of our fireplace. They were right on time and inspected and cleaned in no time at all! Very thorough when going over the findings and gave some great tips on how to manage our fireplace!! Definitely recommend this company!!

The owner, John Potter is the one who does the service. He was here today and said my chimney was in satisfactory condition and didn't need a cleaning. Imagine that!!! There is actually an honest company in existence and I found one! Cleaning cost far exceeded what he charged me for a service call and I was given a certificate to show that my chimney is safe for new owners. This company would get 6 stars from me if I could give them? Thanx so much, Chimney Wizard!
