I have used this location several times. The staff has always been courteous. The units have always been clean. And their security is top-notch. Very good at communication, and they always answer the phone during business hours. Their rates are very reasonable, and starting or ending a rental is super easy.

We had to have temporary storage as we transitioned to a new house. From the first time I called for a quote through when I called to say we no longer needed the unit, they were very pleasant and professional. It's a family owned storage facility business. The Witacre's are nice, pleasant. This storage facility is a short distance away from Interstate Hwy. I-81. I had a 10' ft.x20' ft and 10' ft.x15'ft. storage unit there for a few years, didn't have any problems. The monthly fee was raised once while I was there in the 10'x20' unit for a few years, then I switched to a 10'x15'. Place has a security gate and security cameras. Gate closes at 10pm. It's not 24 hrs. access.
