The two important things I look in a contractor are 1) timely communication and 2) deliver the promise on-time and on-budget. Among the bids, I received JA Seekins' is the most reasonable in terms of the price-quality trade off. But the most important reason I choose them is the timely communication and the sincerity they showed. David was also very helpful in terms making some tweaks to fit our particular concerns.
When the day came, David and crew showed up on time. Then, the weather turned and it started to rain. Again, they were very accommodating to our concerns and paused the project

David and his crew did a great job painting our house (I painted it myself last time and expected perfection and got it). He was awesome working with my wife choosing the exact color for the house and trim. There were a couple of small spots that got missed, and true to his word, even though we'd already paid in full, the first non rainy day, he stopped by and fixed it.

David and his crew did a great job painting the exterior of our two story house. David was very helpful and patient with me while I was choosing the colors. David came over twice to paint various color samples. We finally chose a color and it looks fabulous! We get compliments from neighbors and friends constantly. Everyone loves the colors and the quality is spot on. David came back weeks later to fix the door paint. The door was so smooth the paint was scratching off around the door handle. We had a rental project under tight time constraints that David and his team did a fantastic job painting the interior on. Granted it is the busy season for all contractors, David was very accommodating, got me a time frame, and a very reasonable estimate. During our walk-through for the estimate, David provided me with some very useful information and recommendations. I didn't have the paint color I wanted on hand so he recommended one to me that was very popular for home flips.

We hired David and his crew to paint the outside of our house. It's a larger home - almost 6,000 square feet. We got several bids and tried to carefully select the best company for the job that would do quality work and that had reasonable rates.
Having a home in the country, we have worked with many, many contractors over the years. I'm not exaggerating by saying JA Seekins may be the best contractor I have worked with.

This guy is totally great. I originally had him out to fix a deck which was damaged by a previous contractor. He did an amazing job, so I had to paint my house which turned out beautiful. So I later had him paint the interior of my house. This guy's work is great he had a great crew that works very quickly and gets the job done. I couldn't recommend him more.
