Great service. The team did a super-thorough job, getting into every corner and cleaning every surface. We have a golden retriever, so after the team left, it was the first time in a very long time that our apartment wasn't covered in fur.

Carlos' team did a great job when they showed up. I originally hired them for weekly cleaning and the first time they didn't show, I texted Carlos and asked what happened. He replied with something along the lines of "oh, I thought you wanted bi-weekly service." The next time he didn't show I just waited until the next scheduled day and they didn't show again. I have yet to text him because I was hoping as a professional he would have reached out. Anyway, he still has not called or texted and it has been several weeks since the last time they were here. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt
