Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel designed and built by Remodel West San Jose General Contractor. Nestled into the Almaden Valley of San Jose California is a common 1960's area tract home that's no more. In its place, a home reminiscent of a Japanese architecture and interiors. We had a great experience with Remodel West. They approached the job with professional polish. Throughout the project, Bill presented us with regular updates of the project schedule (continually updated with Microsoft Project), and the one thing that astounded us (and our neighbors) is that they finished the project ahead of schedule! Completely remodeled our kitchen, plus a master bath, both down to the studs, and we are really happy with how it all turned out. We hired the RemodelWest team to design and construct what was pretty close to a whole house remodel. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the very beginning, the ideas the design team had to offer blew our original ideas out of the water. In addition to having great ideas, the design team kept us on track with choosing and purchasing materials timely so the construction would not fall behind schedule. Our kitchen remodel was the second large-scale project we chose Remodel West for. We were extremely happy with their work on a bathroom remodel and bathroom addition two years ago, and there was no question for us of hiring another contractor. Bill Reid and his team are extremely professional, finished the project exactly on time as per the project plan that was updated weekly, and responded to all our questions/concerns within hours. We just remodeled 2 full bathrooms. And the Remodel West team was great -- and that is what they-- a great team. We didn't experience what so many others do with other companies -- RW team WAS on schedule, SET our EXPECTATIONS perfectly and when we had even small items needed -- they followed up on them immediately. Even after the bathrooms were completed they still were willing to work with us on items they did not need to. The only constructive feedback was that there were some items off scope, (i.e., painting the bathrooms) that, overall, I wish we could have had them manage. But

Considering this contractor is a must for anyone planning a remodeling project. Having just completed a major remodel of our home by Remodel West we could not be happier. While they offer separate construction project services, we elected to contract them to handle everything from A to Z. We were so impressed by the professional and thorough approach which they proposed and their job operating rules that we did not even bother to get competitive quotes. If you were ever thinking of doing any remodeling, I would definitely consider Remodel West/Cupertino Kitchen Design for the job. Bill Reid, CEO, remodeled my kitchen several years ago. They took my kitchen/ family room down to the two by fours, replaced all the plumbing and electrical. There was nothing original remaining.
