Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt from our warehouse in Maumee, Ohio. If we have your current email address, we will confirm receipt of your order and order shipment. Jann's Netcraft offers lead melting pots and accessories from Lee Precision and Palmer Manufacturing. Lee Production Pot IV lead melter features lever control of the up front spout allowing the right amount of lead to enter the mold on every pour. Adjustable thermostat permits keeping the lead at the proper temperature.

Placed an order with standard shipping which was expensive to begin with, products never showed after 7 days. Contacted Netcraft was told to wait a few more days and so I did. Contacted them again as the tracking status never changed. They contacted fedex and after three more days they said they would send a new package via “express”. Express two days? Nope, another 5 day wait. They want me to send the first package back if I end up getting it! Personally I have never had luck with fedex but they won’t ship any other way. Shipping delay not necessarily their fault but how they handled it

Amazing selection, but I ordered $200 worth of lunch tying materials and I have a 1 month estimated arrival and it’s going from Ohio to Illinois and that’s it AND half the items are back ordered and so who knows when I’ll actually receive those items. The prices are good and so is the selection (hence the 2 stars and not only 1 star), but shipping is absolutely atrocious. So long of a waiting period and it’s only coming from 2 states over.

Item has been back ordered for over 3 months! Do-it molds has item in stock according to their website. Contacted customer service by phone and email no response. Was told they’d get back to me. Sent them pictures of do-it website showing in stock. Still know response. To add to the issue I get to pay additional shipping charges for a back order.

Jann's has definitely earned my business and in fact stolen my business from Amazon. The selection is unbeatable and the prices rival that of anywhere I've looked. As far as the issues with shipping that I have read, that is what you normally deal with when ordering online. And I will wait a few days to make sure I get what I want and don't pay a premium. Anyone who wants their orders faster has every opportunity to pay for next day service.
