Silverback Pools is locally owned and operated by Matthew Burlison. Matt has been cleaning pools since 2012, and offers high quality, consistent service, impeccable maintenance, and highly detailed cleaning that will keep your pool sparkling for years to come. Specialty chemicals i.e. (Algaecide, Stain / Scale preventatives are extra and not included in normal weekly chemical services). Cleaning fee includes all chemicals, and multiple visits until water is balanced and blue. In a "Level One, Green to Clean" the water is a light milky blue/green and the steps and bottom of the pool can be seen from the top.

The photos shown are 30 minutes after a service. When we originally hired Silverback we were impressed with what seemed like great knowledge. We were told the only thing we would have to worry about after hiring Matt would be to enjoy the pool. We had our pool refinished and once the work was done we hired Silverback to do a weekly service. After a few months we started realizing things were going downhill and nothing was really being done other than cleaning out the leaves (even though there were still always some left after a service visit). The lights in my pool were not working. I had another company come out and look at them. They told me they need to be replaced and it would cost $1000 to fix. I called Matt for a second opinion and he found that the GFCI outlet was just triped! He he saved me money! I will be calling him again.

I am a knew pool owner.I needed my pool cleaned and had know idea what to ask for or how much it should cost. So I was nervous about being over charge. Matthew from silverback pools was very experienced and did not try to make me get unnecessary work done and was very thorough. He was patient and answered all my questions. The day of my service he was on time and did a great! Job. I will definitely use him again.
