We would recommend Biddison Homes to anyone!! We cannot imagine having a better builder or having an easier process. Mark was so meticulous and always ahead of anything and everything. We never had to worry about a thing and instead of the process being stressful, it was fun. He always kept us informed and made us actually understand the process of building a home. It was common for Mark to be on-site as he was heavily involved in the build.
Standard features were a level or two above other builder's options. So many
people came by to ask who our builder was and for contact info. We also appreciated
patience and education during the build process. I would recommend Biddison to someone looking to build a home in the near future.

We had our home built with Biddison Homes and it was the best decision we made from start to finish. Mark was the only builder in the hill country area that would consider our budget and with that he still built us a high quality home. He was very flexible with our schedule and followed through on his word every time. He pays great attention to detail and has his team checking the homesite every day of construction. We highly recommend Biddison Homes if your are building in the hill country area.

I was hesitant to go forward with plans to remodel our kitchen and other repairs because of a previous negative experience.
A friend highly recommended Marksman Homes. I met with Mark and from that moment to the completion of our project, I could not be more pleased. The workmen were first class. We are very proud of our new kitchen.

I have been around for a very long time and dealt with a lot of contractors in my life. Mark and the professionals he employs are some of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Work was done on time, each day they cleaned up before they left.

Marksman Homes just completed replacing our deck. This was a complex project because of a sunroom under the deck, which we wanted to be watertight. Mark Biddison, the owner of of Marksman Homes, spent much time and effort evaluating and planning. He also got input from several of his subcontractors, who came and looked at the situation numerous times. Once Mark had a plan, he gave us some choices on some of the materials to be used and the cost of each. We made our choices and agreed on the price. From day one, our experience with Marksman has been wonderful. I finally have the dream kitchen I've always wanted. Mark worked with our budget and gave us everything we wanted in a kitchen. Everything was done on time and within budget. We will call them again when we are ready for our next renovation.

My experience with Marksman Homes far exceeded my expectations. We remodeled our half bath and replaced our tile floors. They moved everything out and back, even including a large storage closet under the stairs. They put up plastic tarps and kept the dust to an absolute minimum. All of his sub-contractors did exceptional work and were a pleasure to have in our home. Everything was finished to my complete satisfaction, and I will definitely use them for further upgrades in our home.
