Peter and his team were excellent from start to finish. Foundations on the Level had the most competitive bid and it came with no hard selling and no hidden charges for supporting and lifting our foundation. Peter was more than happy to recommend other businesses if we didn't go with his quote. Peter was always available to discuss the job and answered all our questions. The whole team were professional and hard working throughout the job. I have never worked with a business that made so much effort to clean up after the job, the team went above and beyond.

Great service and value, highly recommended. Will definitely use them again (need repairs for a separate job) and will definitely recommend them to others. After getting quotes from several competitors throughout SoCal (San Diego, LA, OC, and San Bernardino counties), they did the most for the most reasonable price for this job and quickly (1.5 days).

We live in an area where foundation settlement is a BIG issue. We had an extensive foundation project to lift the back of our home 3-5 inches.
Through the bidding process, Peter explained the entire project thoroughly, his concerns, potential issues we could run into and provided a clear plan. Although he wasn't the cheapest bid, at the end we could clearly see the other proposals did not come close to solving the issue. I did a lot of research on the piers he was installing and felt very comfortable the materials used were built to last.

Foundations on the Level was the first to respond to my email on a Sunday (in fact no other companies responded at all). Peter came out and did a thorough investigation of our foundation and provided a reasonable solution. They came out and completed the job within a few days and provided an engineering certificate for the work. My other sub contractors were impressed by his knowledge. Highly recommended!

My house was sinking. I got 3 bids for my foundation project. This was the one with the most straight forward estimate of costs, and surprisingly, didn't break the bank. I was in touch with Peter, the owner, the whole time. No call centers, no 4-hour windows, just good old person-to-person service. They were very knowlegeble and executed the work on time. Highly recommend.
