After 1 full year, The overall system performance has been very disappointing. We have only had 3 months where a surplus of electricity was sent back into grid. After months of complaining it finally took calling the owner of the company to get my problem acknowledged. The rep found a bad inverter so there was an actual problem, but only being down 1 panel out of 26 does not account for underperformance of system. We love making our own energy. Our electric national grid bill is now $17 a month. AEC was awesome start to finish with the project. Bob V a professional salesman. He came in and sat down and explained everything! The project guys were very careful when they had to come into the house. (I needed roof support in attic.) The timeline they gave me was accurate. Adrian came and hooked me up on a Friday late afternoon so I could start producing over a forecasted sunny weekend :)

My salesman Brent worked really hard to secure a loan for my solar panels. I was denied a few times because of my credit score, but I kept working on my credit score and Brent never gave up on me. He kept trying different loan companies and finally I was approved! Everyone was very professional and worked hard and very efficient and my solar panels have recently been installed. We hired AEC to install a 5.5 KW system on our barn. Working with them was easy. They took care of all of the paper work for our rebate. The system is performing at or slightly above predicted performance. The workers were friendly and accommodating. When we noticed a small electrical panel issue several months after the install, the VP of the company drove to our house the next day and fixed it. The monitoring system works great and they are available to answer questions at any time. Couldn’t be happier! And my meter ran backwards all spring!

AEC put solar panels on our home 5 years ago. It was one of the best decision we ever made. First thing we did was remove ourselves from the power company budget plan. We were saving money immediately. I know you can be hesitant because you are afraid it might cost too much. Sit down with an AEC solar sales person and talk about your saving now and in the future. We purchased a home in Woodstock, NY last year that had a solar system from a major manufacturer that was originally installed by a local solar installer. About six weeks ago one of our two inverters stopped working. The local installer no longer services residential customers despite being liable under their original warranty and they were completely unresponsive. The manufacturer recommended I contact two other installers including AEC. I first tried the other installer and had a totally frustrating time dealing with them - nobody answered the phone or returned messages and then they finally

AEC Solar did a fantastic job on my roof and it looks beautiful. Everyone I dealt with was nice and the whole process was very quick! Have had no problems with the Solar Panels and they have been on my roof for two years! They even do check-in's to make sure everything is all good with your solar system!
