Mike Muller with Dillon plumbing was professional, personable and patient. I had a ton of questions on just about every step of the process and he was informative and helpful. They showed up on time and did a great job. He was also professional and understanding as he walked me through different quotes on different repairs.

Fixed a leaky pipe drain for kitchen sink. Mike was very easy to communicate with. Very professional. He was thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do and he executed the task perfectly. If you need a plumber, consider Dillon Plumbing. They have the best customer service. They show up when they say, communicating how far away they are when they're on their way, they are kind and tell you everything up front - what they need to do and the cost. We've used them twice now and we are impressed.

We were very happy with the service provided by Dillon Plumbing. The technician, Bob, was great to work with. He was on time, informative, answered all our questions, gave us many options, and did a great job installing our new kitchen sink and faucet. Dillon Plumbing is very professional to work with. They sent reminder text messages, emailed bids, and had pricing available for us on the job of other services we were interested in. We will be using them again and recommending them to our friends.

I've had to use Dillon Plumbing a couple of times (no judgements, please)... and today, once again, Dillon Plumbing comes thru and does just a great job for us. Nothing too complex, but the entire process was just great... a text message with a photo of the person coming to the house, "Bob" was great with the dogs and took care of everything... and a text message after to rate the experience... thanks as always, for building a solid team that is always customer focused.
