We can offer price with or without parts. It's typically better for our customers to get the labor only price as parts are only charged as they are used. We utilize customer's receptacles, bulk trash, and complete removal on a case by case basis. We do not leave trash without a prior arranged agreement to do so.

The pictures speak for themselves however, The job was shoddy and it was my mistake in giving him the balance of the job before he came back to finish. I am very disappointed in myself that I paid the balance but extremely disappointed in this company. When I called to point out that on the estimate there were 5 interior doors and 1 exterior door to be painted I assumed that meant 6 doors and when I brought it to Chris’ attention he proceeded to let me know that the worker install 2 face plates for free (that I didn’t ask him to do for free) and that what he was charging me was kind of cheap

Chris is definitely THE handyman extraordinaire. He answered our call for help personally on a Sunday and changed out our water heater the very next morning on a holiday.
Chris answers his phone, he shows up and when he does, the man is a machine! He is skilled, professional, courteous, respectful and a great communicator. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work.
Pricewise, he is very reasonable, yet his work ethic is invaluable. I would (and will) highly recommend Chris.

We own a mobile home in Davie. It's very difficult to find anyone who will work on mobile homes, let alone someone trustworthy. Over the last 9 years, Chris has done multiple repairs for us...from replacing damaged floors to repairing both of our toilets. Remodel my bathroom and install a jacuzzi tub, new fixtures tile and vanity. Handyman extraordinaire was very professional, great prices, job done on time and they clean up after themselves which is a big plus. I had a major pipe break in the master bathroom that resulted in re-piping my house but first I needed to hire a handyman to remove shower tiles and vanity cabinets to allow access for the plumbers to install copper pipes. I hired Handyman Extraordinaire - Chris - to build an office shed with porch for my wife and I in our backyard and we are extremely pleased with how it turned out.
