So I did my research, met with multiple contractors and companies, and decided to go with Palace flooring. I like the transparency and honest approach David is delivering. Not only he knows what he is talking about, he is very authentic and looks out for your best interest.
We replaced floors upstairs and planning replacing downstairs in March.
The installation guys were professionals and did quality job, couldn’t be happier with the experience and end result.

We recently remodeled our home with palace floors. David and his team did an amazing job on stairs, rooms and halls. David was so nice, and he helped us to pick this hand-scarped engineering Hickory wood. They have a wide variety of flooring, provide excellent service and they meet the time-frame. Honestly, I loved the experience. All in all, we've got what we paid for. The workers were organized, the team put the furniture back and cleaned up after themselves. Keep it up.

We were actually ready to go with Nebraska Furniture to do the flooring in our new home, and decided to stop by Palace Floors. Not only were they able to provide some savings in total out the door price with the same exact flooring (wood looking tiles downstairs, engineered wood upstairs) and materials, but they were very detailed in every aspect of their installation (verified with our own eyes). It wasn't a rush job where they were just trying to install the flooring as quickly as possible. They spent some time to make sure everything was installed correctly (on about 4000 sq ft of flooring

This will be the 5th floor I will be receiving from David. (3) areas of hand scrapped wooden floors in the home I just sold; and that is one of the main features for these buyers...the amazing wooden floors! (1) in my place of business, and now another wooden floor in the master bedroom in my acreage home in Melissa. I won't go anywhere else! David is patient, understanding, and an all around great guy.

We have used palace floors to install a new tile in the kitchen and one bathroom. The experience was great by any measure. David was extraordinarily helpful and friendly! Very pleased with the efficiency and the quality of the overall process. Everything has done on time. The crew was very professional and they cleaned up very well. I highly recommend.

We had Palace Floors install engineered hardwoods and enlarge our master shower. We are delighted with the results. David with so easy to work with, Balazar and his crew did a beautiful job installing the flooring and baseboards, and Ernesto did a wonderful job on our shower. I highly recommend Palace Floors.

Wow! Palace floor did such an amazing job on our granite. David was outstanding to work with. He under-promised and over delivered (what a great treat these days with renovation!). They got the job done in a week, yes only a week (everyone else needed 3 weeks)!! In addition to this they matched Lowe's price (cheaper than Home Depot), did not charge any junk fees and we got better granite!!! I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They were professional and the most efficient contractor I have ever worked with. We can't wait to use them again!!

David offered us a very reasonable price and he personally visited the site at the beginning, during and after to ensure that everything was well taken care of. With David's suggestions and supervision we got our work completed within the requested timeline. We openly discussed options with David and he advised us every step of the way with great patience. We did encounter some initial hiccups with the laying crew but because David is a very professional, trustworthy and well meaning person

I would highly recommend Palace Floors to anyone thinking about putting in new floors. David and his crews were all so professional and great at what they do. My stairs needed some custom work done and David was the only person out of four companies that I spoke to that had a viable solution to preserve the rounded stair case. He brought in an expert at wood work to focus on the stairs while the rest of the crew worked on the floors.

I needed new floors, and I needed them for a good price, and fast. These guys really came through. Erich came by to do the estimate, and his price could not be beat. Tanya the receptionist was very nice and I can't even describe how beautiful my floors are. The men who came to do the floors were very clean and courteous.
