I have two hot water heaters in my bath house. They both needed replacing. The first one took a week to replace because a) they didn't understand when I asked them to go ahead with the repair, even though they quoted me almost $1000 for each, and b) they had "emergencies." I asked why it is not considered an emergency when I have no hot water… for my customers? When they left, I still did not have hot water, but a customer was able to tweak whatever they did wrong. Two weeks go by and I hadn't heard from them regarding the second hot water heater. I called and they had never ordered it.

Big shout-out to Debbie at smith plumbing They replaced my counter top. I had some concerns with the corner cabinet. Debbie was the only one who came to my house and measured. She assured me it was no problem. They were professional, neat, and very courteous. They did an excellent job. We are very pleased. Hank and Laurie Potter
