This company is not reliable. Missed services, no documentation on what they did, fake documentation on what they said they did while on site. I would not recommend. I received a work ticket saying they completed all of the items required during each visit, however I was working from home an watched the tech come into my backyard and out within 2 minutes but the tag he left said he did all of the required service. I will also say that I have found this from multiple pool service companies. It's sad.

Woodlands Pool Experts has been servicing our pool for about 6 months since we moved to Houston. Humberto has been very professional and responsive through text message. During the freeze he texted me and informed me that I needed to run the pump 24/7. When I told him I've never owned a pool and didn't know how to do that he called me and walked me through the process. We did have an issue for a few weeks in a row where our pool was turning green only a couple days after cleaning, Humberto personally came out and cleaned our pool. It has been much better since then.

My previous pool company was always a mess. They were constantly changing techs and service dates.
I have been using WPE for 3 months and so far my pool has been consistent.
The owner is very friendly and always respond to calls.

We have been very happy with Woodlands Pool Experts. We have a relatively new pool that is 9 months old. I have however had a pool in my former house for 20 years. I had fairly good service at the time. Now with this company we are experiencing a higher level of service! They are responsive immediately when I have a concern and any action is accomplished quickly. It’s a family business and we actually communicate with the owner directly. Very professional and well presented staff.

I recently moved to the area and never owned a pool before. I called many businesses and not only did Humberto answer he personally showed up and we scheduled times and prices(better than others? For service. My pool guy George is always professional and polite and even helped me diagnose a faulty copacitor. I highly recommend Woodlands pool experts. Thank you so much

We just built a new pool and got different quotes. This company was the best price and the only one that took the time to do a demonstration of what the weekly service involved. We love so far how responsive Humberto and Rigo are to questions and concerns. I feel very comfortable asking questions because Humberto always replies very fast and professional. The pool is also very clean.
