I contacted Jim at Windows Pittsburgh about a new front door. I had called some other companies previously and I wasn’t happy with the prices they offered me. Jim came to my home to take some measurements, show me some entry door samples, and discuss pricing. He was willing to work with me on pricing as well as options in color and materials. The door came in much quicker than we had discussed and the installation process was seamless. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Windows Pittsburgh to others.

Windows Pittsburgh installed 9 windows at our house. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Jim did not pressure us at all, and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. The installation crew did a fantastic job and left the house cleaner than it was before they started. The windows look beautiful and we've gotten many compliments! We have recommended Windows Pittsburgh to several friends and family members already. We will definitely use them again when we have to finish replacing the rest of our windows!

In January, my husband and I met with Jim regarding replacing 11 windows in our home. Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The quoted price was much lower than we were expecting. After letting Jim know we needed to talk the decision over first, he left with no high pressure sales tactics or attempts to guilt us or force us into signing a contract that day. Jim came to our house and reviewed his products with us in a no-pressure setting. He offered a very reasonable and competitive quote for 13 windows and we said we'd get back to him after getting estimates from 2 additional companies. We later decided to add a sliding glass door and a storm door and Jim was quick to update his quote. Upon signing the contract, he required a relatively small advance deposit but then did not take any additional payment until the job was done and we were satisfied with the final product. We had 10 windows replaced this week and our house looks like a completely different house. I love it! The installer did an amazing job and cleaned up after himself as he worked. Our old windows were around 55 years old and well past their useful life span. The new windows open easily, don't leak, and look great. I would highly recommend Windows Pittsburgh!

We had 6 window replacement companies give us quotes. It was by far the most annoying and frustrating home improvement project planning we have ever gone through! Windows Pittsburgh came in, cut to the chase, gave us an estimate and completed the project flawlessly. The windows look exceptional and the price was right! I had procrastinated on doing the many things that needed to be done to maintain the quality of my home. I have a small ranch house built in the 50's. The time had come to tackle these issues. I knew I needed new windows, but also a lot more like a new roof and gutters. I searched online for companies and I came across Windows Pittsburgh that could do all three of these items. I don't think I could have been more impressed with Windows Pittsburgh. Jim was very courteous and friendly, patient and understanding ... basically an all around good guy. Prices were very good and the quality is top notch. The installation was a breeze! The guys were courteous of my toddler and my house. They cleaned up everything and hauled away all trash. Would recommend Windows Pittsburgh to absolutely everyone.

We we 14 windows replaced in our home recently. While our home is only 13 years old many of the windows were failing and we had moisture between the panes. We decided to just invest the money and replace them with a high quality replacement. We couldn't be happier. The installation went well and only took about a day in a half. So far we are very happy with them and hope they help with our energy bills some. Jim Montgomery handled everything from start to finish and always answered any questions we might have had.

Just had 15 windows replaced and I am more than happy. Prices were great but more importantly, everything was installed flawlessly. Every person that was part of their installation crew was friendly and respectful. I have had a lot of home improvement projects and I can say that this was the smoothest project of them all.
