Deck-O-Seal, also called mastic, is the rubber based seal between your coping and the deck. Keeping this water tight can save you money. A worn-out seal can allow water to accumulate and cause the deck to shift & settle. If it erodes the soil beneath the deck, the coping and the tile may become loose and eventually separate.

Compliance requires either split main drains in your pool & spa or some type of electronic vacuum release equipment. There are several types of release equipment available and approved by the County Health Department for San Diego County. We currently are installing IntelliFlo VS SVRS Pumps. These pumps can reduce your electric bill from 50% - 70%.

Swimming pools have a tendency to discolor over time causing your pool to look unsightly. Many times, a simple acid wash can perk up the finish and add years of enjoyment before replastering. Acid washes vary in price due to size and condition of the finish. An estimate is therefore required. Please contact us.
