My first job in KC was dry walling and interior wall painting in old homes purchased by investors in the Gilliam Park Project, which transformed the entire midtown sector. In the proceeding 43 years I have had the opportunity to apply the combined knowledge and expertise of many teachers for the benefit of my customers.

He replaced a bad smoke alarm, cleaned the AC coils, repaired and painted moisture damaged wall, fixed a leaking pipe. He gave a discount for finishing early, which I really appreciate because I'm the only working parent with four children. I will definitely hire him in the future. Tracy built a 40 foot ADA wheel chair ramp and a custom open shower with with grab bars, enabling me to become more mobile and independent in caring for myself.

Tracy did a complete bathroom remodel from the floor up including shower build, plumbing, tile setting and flooring installation. He did an awesome job. He took my ideas and implemented them to the best of his ability. He is always on time, consistent and best of all honest. He is a gem that does what he says he is going to do at the cost quoted. He is not a rip off artist. My wife and I got ripped off terribly before Tracy came a long. I highly recommend him. I can be contacted anytime and will show pics of his work if ever needed.
