Sam Carroll is a licensed general contractor with over fifteen years of experience restoring historic buildings in Savannah, Georgia. Originally from Pine Bush, New York, Sam is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design. Sam has restored, renovated, reconstructed, and owned numerous structures in Savannah's Historic and Victorian districts, returning vacant and condemned buildings back to their original grandeur.

I have worked with Sam Carroll on multiple projects and he does a great job on everything he is involved with. As a preservation consultant - I find working with him and his team to be a complete pleasure and always a great experience. Excellent Company - Great Work
We have used Carroll Construction on several remodels on our compound. The work is always very well done and reasonably priced. The architecture renderings are always beautiful and just what we wanted and needed to update the properties. We will continue to use them as our needs arise! Highly recommend them for any historical or other remodel from small to large. They are great to work with.
