I received Glenn's bid around the same time as three other competitors bids. Ascrete's bid was the cheapest by a mile and I was a little concerned about going with them, but my boss had a recommendation from someone, so Ascrete it was. I was really expecting some corners to be cut. I measured everything. Took photos every step. I didn't know what half of it was. We had a lot of asphalt and a little concrete in our business parking lot. If anything they went above and beyond. Where the bid called for 4", he went closer to 5. Which is better. My company called Glenn last week to get a bid to asphalt our parking lot. He came out and after he introduced himself I started to walk outside so I could show him what we were looking for. He asked me to just hand him the graph that we drew, he said he was trying to beat the rain and traffic. I told him there were several requests that the owners were looking to include in the bid and I showed him around the parking lot. He said he would have the bid to me sometime next week. I gave him my business card and asked him to email it me and I will forward it the owners.
