Affordable Asphalt did a much better job of applying the coating than I could have as a DIY project. They were on time, communicated well with us regarding prep needed, time of arrival, and very quick in doing the work. The team worked fast and didn't miss a beat. You could tell they had done this many times and were very experienced. there was no excessive sloppiness, no foot prints from sealer, and cleanup was absolutely terrific. Affordable Asphalt worked hard for our HOA. When bidding the job they were up front and explaining the process and specific needs of our roads providing a fair estimate with multiple options. Due to weather conditions the work ended up being delayed for a year. still, Affordable did everything they could to make it right. Very pleased with the end result and we will use them again when our roads need to be resealed in a couple of years.

We had Affordable Asphalt back out for some parking lot maintenance, seal coating, crack fill, and striping. They were here on time and got straight to work. They did a great job on the seal coat, no overs spray on my sidewalks or complaints from our tenants. We have several business that use this lot. The striping lines were crisp and straight. All in all, they did an excellent job. We will definitely be using them for our ongoing maintenance, and are looking at working with them on other projects as well. Highly recommend Affordable Asphalt!

Worst customer service ever. I called for an estimate waited a week no one showed up so I call to see if they forgot very nice guy answer the phone and told me the driver was sick an was suppose to call to let people know so he called me back and said that he personally can come out and do the bid later that day. 1 hour later someone else calls me and tells me we our booked for the season an I said would be nice if someone told me before an he just went of cursing and saying we don't need your business we are booked anyway.

The crew blocked my car with their equipment. I was about to leave for an appointment, I asked them if they would move their equipment so I could get my car out in time for me to leave. They said no, they were going to finish and I would have to wait.
I saw they were spraying asphalt coating very near my car and asked them to please stop and let me move my car. They again refused. I got into my car and tried to move it, but they refused to move their equipment and I was blocked in. Formerly did business as Guardian Asphalt. Completely incompetent. Had a driveway installed by them and it starting sinking a week later. Drive was poured too thin and has cracked everywhere. Had it inspected by a reputable asphalt company and they said it could not be repaired-only way to fix it was to remove and replace. Guardian (now Affordable) would not repair, replace or even return phone calls.
