Services
Creekside installed our free-standing fireplace in just a few hours. It had taken us months to find someone to install this fireplace, which we had bought direct from the manufacturer. Mike did a beautiful job and was very thorough and cleaned up so you would not have even known he was there. The inspector (a very demanding one in our city) complimented the installation and said "he did a great job-he obviously knew what he was doing."

We love our Creekside stove insert! Everyone at the store did their best to answer our questions, assist us with a tricky existing fireplace, and make sure everything was safe and proper, in addition to working around the COVID issues of the last year. Creekside is a first rate local business with great products and top-notch customer service!

THE place for all fireplace needs!! This fine establishment is family owned and operated. Always friendly, honest and helpful. We are updating our fireplace with some new accessories and was floored by the displays, variety, and no rush service. Rachel has been fantastic in assisting us with our decisions in decor. If you have interest in other wood burning heaters, the variety is fantastic.
What about grilling? Oh yeah, they have the grills too!

Very knowledgeable staff! Got me everything I needed even though I didn't purchase my stove from them. Sold me all the right pieces for my chimney liner and even took back the ones that didn't work out with no restocking fee. Mike and his crew arrived at the exact time he said they would. They were pleasant and well-mannered. They laid a drop cloth down to protect my floors. Over 2 days, they worked quickly and did an amazing job. I contracted with Creekside for two fireplaces. The price was reasonable and Mike assisted with the design process and made it very easy. I would definitely do business with Creekside again.

Southeastern Heatmor (Now Creekside) did fantastic work for me. My wood burning stove was experiencing back drafts. Creekside came out, diagnosed the issue, recommended a solution and performed the repair. I am now enjoying my relaxing wood burning stove without hesitation or worry of back drafts. I would highly recommend this business!

My husband and I found ourselves in an unfortunate situation where a contractor had mis-installed a high-end gas firebox unit in our basement (the unit was not operational and a potential safety risk). Upon inspection by the firebox manufacturer, Southeastern Heatmor was recommended to assess the work and provide us with a quote to correct the errors. We couldn't have been more pleased with Mike, Rachael and the overall team.
