All auctions are in accordance with our lease agreements and state law, and are conducted to recover storage rental fees and other expenses incurred. Contents are offered on an "as is" and "where is" basis. These are cash only auctions. Wisconsin gun laws apply. Announcements the day of the sale take precedent over printed or website materials.
