I contracted Jan to do a landscape plan and Management of the full install. Total price was $81,000. The design was very good. Jan contracted Gilbert Valasmil of Streetscape Management in Cornelius to do the install. He was a total disaster. Incompetent, full of false promises, lacking talent and a work force with any quality workmanship. covered up his lack of skills with lies. Ultimately, 4 months after install he left a wreck of a job with flooding irrigation, dead sod, dead plants and terrible drainage.
