I was concerned about being able to have my water heater fixed over the weekend, of course when it decides to break down on me! But luckily I found Progressive Plumbing and they came out right on the spot and offered various different options of repair that were well within my budget. As a business owner, I know that customer service is very important. Their workers are well trained in this. They did a wonderful job. I left it up to them to do the work and went about my business, when I came back to take a look it was very well done. They cleaned up like they were never here. Very impressed.

I called them to come repair a leaking gas line. The owner (Terry) came out the same day and gave me an estimate. The next day they came out and did the work. They worked all day and late into the evening to get the job done on Thursday so it could be inspected on Friday. They succeeded. I was very impressed with their work and attention to detail and respect for my time. I felt I was treated fairly.
