I don’t know where to start. This company, these people are amazing. We had 4 trees to be removed trying to be proactive before another Winter ice storm. The trees were dangerously close to a power line & web of cable & phone lines that ran under them to our house & a neighbor’s. I got a 2nd quote. It was much higher & they wanted the electric shut off for a day or 2. I don’t blame them for either. The job wasn’t easy - utility lines, 70 ft trees, in an enclosed yard they couldn’t get a truck in. While the lower quote, ridiculously lower, was appealing, that was only one of the reasons

After going down the list of high rated tree-removal services, Straight Edge was the only one to call me back when a large tree fell in my back yard, sitting on my deck and fence with unknown damages at the time. The next morning he was out to take a look, and the morning after that had his crew out to begin removal.
The work went very quickly and efficiently, and I was most impressed with the clean up they did after, hauling away every branch and twig. They even helped cut down several high reaching branches on a bush I was trying to clear as they were finishing up.

Douglas and the team did a wonderful job. After my initial call, they came by to assess the work needed to remove a diseased tree, & immediately scheduled me for the upcoming week. They quickly got to work and cut the tree, and removed the debris. While there, they also did a great job trimming and pruning 2 large maples that I had planned to schedule, but since they were there, they completed this task also. They returned in a couple of days to grind and remove the stump. My neighbor had recommended this crew to me, and I wholeheartedly endorse Straight Edge Tree Service to my friends and neighbors
