Q: What can I put in the dumpster? A: There are certain items that the transfer stations charge us additionally for. Please reference our Terms and Conditions for exact pricing. If dumpster is filled with concrete, brick or asphalt, please do not load painted materials as we do not accept anything painted.

As much as 10 to 15% of the materials that go into a building can become waste. Count on Dumpsters R US to be there for your construction debris.
Missed pick up due to car in way, snow in front of dumpster, overloaded dumpster etc subject to additional charges (minimum $150). If the dumpster size requested is out of stock, a larger dumpster may be substituted for the same price and weight limit. If bigger size dumpster is delivered and filled completely subject to additional charge or difference of dumpster delivered.

Needed a last minute dumpster delivery same and was in a huge jam! We had workers on site, a full dumpster and no other options. No one else could get one on site same day, but DRU understood the issue we were having and bailed us out. Glad they were able to make an exception for us when we needed it. Thank you for saving the day!

I called and was able to get a dumpster delivered the next day. The driver was very nice and placed the dumpster exactly where I wanted it. I was moving so they also helped me pre-set up a pickup date so that it would be gone before I left. So incredibly helpful and will 100% use again

We've rented twice from them. First time the experience was good except that they were a day late picking up the dumpster. This time around, though, has been horrendous. We ordered our dumpster but on the day of delivery, they never showed up. When we called, they claimed we never called them back to confirm. I sent them an email with a screenshot of our phone call to them confirming the rental, but they didn't respond. My husband still wanted to rent through them so the dumpster that should've been delivered on 11/30 was delivered today. As if the delay wasn't bad enough, we ordered a 15 yard

Company was quick to drop off dumpster which was great but took 3 weeks to pick up dumpster after having to call and email 2 times. Was told the transfer station can’t take anymore which is not the customers problem. I was listing my house for sale with a dumpster as an eyesore for 3 weeks. Operationally this company is unorganized and bad with communication.

Please make sure to read this before considering another Dumpster company.... I am in the middle of a complete home renovation in Medford, MA. I have been through 3 other companies and about 15-20 dumpsters to this point.
This company is by far, THE MOST cost effective! ...Better yet, the owner understand the value of repeat business. They are very thorough... Every aspect of pick-up and delivery can be done through email if so desired or by calling. They are very up front about there charges and overage fee's (YES OVERAGE FEE'S DO OCCUR SOMETIMES)

Wish I had read the other two reviews here before I used these guys. The dumpster came when it was supposed to, but the driver was not good at placing it. He was supposed to leave room to park a car because our town has an ordinance against parking on the street over night. There was no room to park a car, so we had to make special arrangements to avoid getting ticketed every night for the next 2 weeks. Also, the driver did not have the planks we requested, so the dumpster ended up damaging our asphalt driveway because the weather was hot (hot asphalt + heavy object = big gouges in the driveway

Not the first time I've rented a roll of dumpster. The people on the phone were fine. Delivered as agreed at a competitive price. Plus the driver took the time to get the dumpster squared away just as I requested. They we're easy to work with, even though I ended up keeping the dumpster 10 days longer than I estimated I would need it. Good, reliable dumpster rental company.
