Very professional, from the minute you step in the door through installation. No high-pressure sales … just informed discussion. Was told by a competitor that the job was very involved and I would need to contact a third party plumber on my own. Was told by the Fireplace Place that it was a simple install. In fact, the install took 40 minutes and was seamless. Can’t say enough good things about the experience!

We love our new gas logs from The Fireplace Place. Our design consultant (Hunter) was knowledgeable, responsive and helped us navigate through the options while considering what was important to us (BTU's, safety and a beautiful and accessible display.)
Our installer (Darren) arrived on-time, was professional with high attention to detail as he took pride in his work. He ensured our flooring and rug were covered and immaculately cleaned up before leaving. We had a fantastic experience with The Fireplace Place. Jeremiah helped us pick out the gas / black glass pieces in their showroom. We appreciated that they set expectations for the delivery and install and the potential delays due to lack of production/supplies during the covid issues the country was dealing with. While waiting for the install, they came out and removed the logs in the fireplace and painted the inside area. Jeremiah kept us in the loop and the install went smoothly. We love how it turned out. Terrific communication and customer service. Highly recommend The Fireplace Place.

I started researching gas logs for an existing fireplace and The Fireplace Place quickly ended that search. They offered multiple brands, multiple options. They had nice displays in the showroom and Jeremiah was clearly experienced and answered all my questions. In the end I purchased a deluxe kit with the fancy remote and it was ordered and installed within a couple of weeks which included the holidays. We love the logs and have been running them almost every night since the installation a few weeks ago. I highly recommend a visit to their showroom.

The best in town if you're looking for a fireplace solution for your home or business. Klayton, Jeremiah, and Daniel are all responsive, professional, and experts at installation or diagnosing issues. When we moved to Atlanta, one of the first upgrades we made to our new home was purchasing a gas insert for our fireplace. Nothing beats a clean fire on demand!

When I was at the store I bought a fireplace insert based on a computer designed picture used picture of my existing fireplace. They came out as scheduled to do the install. Once they were there they informed that the would have to demo the interior of my original fireplace for the install to work. When the install was complete I was left with an 8 inch gap between the fireplace insert and the wall of my fireplace. The install looked nothing like the computer image I was shown. Rather than a on 1 inch piece of trim they told me I would need a 8 inch piece of trip that would need to be fabricated

The Fireplace Place has a great selection of gas logs, as well as fireplace doors. Initially, we weren't thinking of buying doors, but once we saw what the options were and how they seemed to finish off the fireplace so nicely, we changed out minds & bought doors, too. Our logs and doors were special orders, so the whole process took 2 months to come together. But it was worth it. The ordering, financing and installation were super smooth. The only hiccup was when log installation was scheduled before the special order logs had actually been delivered to the store. So be sure and ask for
