Over the weekend, strong rain showers resulted in my roof leaking into the attic and seeping onto the ceiling of my second floor. This was on a Sunday morning. More rain was forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday and I needed someone out asap (Monday) to avoid any further damage. I found Invictus on the web under emergency roof repair and liked that it was a family owned business and decided to give them a call. I like to read reviews, but I typically don't bother writing them. However my experience with Invictus Roofing was so exceptional that I am taking time to write one. After a heavy September rain, we had a leak and called them to take a look at it. Everything about them was awesome. They were professional, had great communication, were on time and great value. Most importantly they fixed the problem on the spot. They never tried to sell me something I did not need and told me i still have a few more years or Texas hail storms left on my roof. Forget all those companies leaving flyers on your door-Invictus was awesome from start to finish! Clear, consistent communication paired with fast, efficient, and courteous roofers made the new roof experience as enjoyable as getting a new roof could be. I reached out because I was confused about 2 different roofing opinions we’d gotten and Michael offered to come give me a 3rd opinion and advocating with me for my insurance - all while being clear he wanted what was best for our family even if they didn’t get the business. We had been shopping for a roofing contractor for a little while when I called Invictus Roofing and Construction. I spoke with Kevin in the late afternoon, he was just leaving a job and said he could come by that evening. He did and Hayden performed a drone survey of the roof while Kevin and I talked about the roof, their process and and what they promise.

Our experience with Invictus Roofing was fantastic! Kevin, our project manager, was in constant communication with us throughout the process. The installers did a great job and were very clean. After the work on the roof was completed, they walked around the property, picking up and cleaning any of the trash, debris, nails, etc. that were left over from the project. Before letting our dogs go outside, my spouse and I did another sweep of the property and found it to be wonderfully cleaned up.
