If your home requires special attention such as a deep clean or move-in/move-out, or if the home is found to be in excessive rough condition we will either need to extend our time at the appropriate hourly rate. We have been doing a biweekly cleaning for a few months now and have been so thrilled. While shopping around for companies Kalin was great in providing details on rates and services. While trying to determine the schedule and frequency that works for our needs we’ve had a few different girls come out and they have all been fantastic. Prompt, friendly, and thorough. Crystal is our fav. I’m sad we didn’t start sooner!

Kalin and River City Maids always do a spectacular job. They are able to get stains out from leaving cleaning supplies on too long that we tried everything to make happen with no luck. They always wear masks (during these Covid times) and Kalin is super great at communicating and keeping us informed. Highly recommend River City Maids.
