Jair is very responsive. He came immediately to fix our front door after someone tried to pry the door open. He fixed an old door lock in my apartment as well. My key used to get stuck whenever I turned it. Now it works smoothly every time. He is a real problem solver. Highly recommend him.

My entrance lock, which was 60 years old, was not functioning. I called Bethesda Locksmith and Alarm. The technician who came out evaluated the problem and told me that he would be able to fix the lock instead of replacing it. By doing so, he saved me a lot of money, since I didn't have to buy a new lock system. The technician was very professional and courteous. He gave price breakdowns up front, before he began working. He got the job done in an efficient and timely manner. I would highly recommend his services and would certainly call him again, if the need arose.

Great, professional service from Jair at an extremely reasonable price. My deadbolt had become "sticky" with the key not consistently turning in the tumbler. Jair explained the problem, showing me the hardware, and identified a solution. I will be using him again if I need a locksmith, and I will definitely be recommending him to friends and neighbors.
